Return Policy (Within the US)
We’re confident that you’ll love our products, but every once in a while, the color or fit may not be what you expected. We get that, and to make your life easier we offer hassle-free exchanges and returns within 30 days from purchase, where we cover the return shipping cost within the US.
To start a return, simply click the “Return an Item” link at the bottom of any page.
For a full refund, items must be unworn and unwashed, with their tag still on. Exclusions apply on sale items and specialty merchandise. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Returns are processed within 10 business days from when they're received (usually sooner). Please note that, depending on the bank, reimbursement may take an additional couple of days to reflect on your bank statement.
