PRODUCT CARE

Richer Poorer socks are made of a 68% combed cotton, 16% polyester, 13% nylon, 3% spandex blend. This blend was created to assure comfort and durability. Wash them warm, inside out and do your best not to throw them in the dryer.

 

SHIPPING

Orders placed with standard UPS Ground or USPS Priority will be shipped by the next business day. All orders requesting an upgraded shipping method -- UPS Next Day, 2 Day, etc. -- must be placed before 1 PM Pacific Time (M-F) to be shipped the same day; otherwise, please add 1 business day for fulfillment to your shipping time.

Please note; all orders are processed subject to pending inventory availability. Shipping timelines are not guaranteed, however you will be contacted via email should your purchase be delayed.

Flat-rate shipping for international orders to Canada and Mexico are shipped USPS Priority Mail International for a discounted rate of $20; all other international destinations are a discounted $30. You should receive a tracking number when your package is shipped; however, we do not offer insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, additional customs fees, duties, taxes or other charges. We reserve the right to change shipping charges and promotions at any time.

 

SALES TAX

California sales tax of (8.25%) is charged to all orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. An additional (.50%) is charged for orders shipped to addresses in Orange County, California making the total (8.75%).

 

RETURNS

Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.

 

Refunds & Processing Time

If your package arrives at Richer Poorer within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Richer Poorer.
